About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales at PAG Australia, we are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated professional to deliver high-level administrative and office support, helping drive the success of our business unit. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and ensuring clear, effective communication.

Key responsibilities

· Maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies

· Workshop administration duties

· Assist in sales and distribution duties

· Assist with the management and direction of incoming phone calls

· Maintaining accurate records and databases

· Scanning and electronic filing of documents

· Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Skills and experience

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· High-level communication and customer service skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and a pro-active mindset

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· A friendly, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
