We currently have an exciting and diverse opportunity for a hands on, pragmatic Technical Product Support & Customer Service Manager crossing over two business operations in a dynamic work environment to:
Coordinate, support & assist with overall day to day customer service operations provide technical product builders hardware knowledge & support for an enhances customer experience.
Work closely with sales, logistics, dispatch and development teams to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the business.
Assist in day to day customer service operations of a storage facility assistant manager.
You will have a strong work ethic and practical/technical problem solving skills.
You love to be hands on with a finger on the pulse on everything happening in the office, warehouse and dispatch environments. You can manager pressure and have a thirst for learning and finding new ways to continuously improve and lead by example.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be part of a team of 15+ working across all internal areas of the business and supporting customer relationships:
Working collaboratively with Customer Service / Sales / Dispatch teams.
Go-to person to resolve and find solutions to administration and customers service and product / technical support issues.
Support customers with general & technical product information.
Assist, manage and support order entry, dispatch & sales teams with specific sales orders and inventory requirements from time to time.
Ensuring and be part of a positive business culture.
Setting an example and leading the achievement of consistent high-quality administration, logistical and customer service outcomes.
Assist with customer service and day to day operations of a storage facility and managing customers move in/out.
What the successful candidate will have:
Experience and/or technical product knowledge of general builders hardware or related technical experience.
Practical and demonstrated experience in B2B customer service, logistics & dispatch.
Technical trade/handy man experience or working within a wholesale environment or within the building industry will be highly regarded.
Good business acumen.
Ability to supervise, develop and ensure positive business outcomes
Good computer literacy with Word /Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
Team player and good fit into the businesses culture.
