About the role – Maximum Term Full Time
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to support women experiencing homelessness, with a focus on First Nations women transitioning from remand. This vital role provides short-term accommodation, intensive case management, and personalised support to help clients secure long-term housing and improve wellbeing. You'll work closely with justice, health, and housing services in a culturally safe, trauma-informed environment that empowers women to rebuild their lives.

Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Providing trauma-informed case management to women experiencing homelessness.
Supporting transitions from short-term accommodation or remand into long-term housing.
Collaborating with justice, health, housing, and Aboriginal community services.
Promoting cultural safety, wellbeing, and client independence.
About you:
You’re a compassionate and skilled professional with experience supporting vulnerable people through trauma-informed, culturally safe practice. You excel in case management, building trust, and navigating complex systems. Collaborative, organised, and client-focused, you’re committed to empowering women and making a real impact.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk people.
Experience supporting Aboriginal people and communities.
Case management experience, preferably with marginalised populations and those involved in the justice system.
