We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to support women experiencing homelessness, with a focus on First Nations women transitioning from remand. This vital role provides short-term accommodation, intensive case management, and personalised support to help clients secure long-term housing and improve wellbeing. You will also have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk people.
