Open Access College plays an important and critical role in addressing educational disadvantaged for South Australian Students who are not able to attend school in person or are unable to access aspects of the full curriculum at their local school. The College is a leader in distance education and operates from Campuses located in Adelaide and Port Augusta. The College caters for Reception to Year 12 students, providing dynamic and innovative teaching and learning programs.

This is a TEMPORARY POSITION 12/01/2026 to 11/01/2027, at Open Access College, Marden campus.

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours p/week (leave conditions)

The Timetable Manager, will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of student and teacher timetabling and other data systems supporting student enrolment. The role manages and monitors the performance of student data processing staff. The role also maintains and contributes to the continuous improvement of enrolment and other student data-related processes across the college which supports the delivery of student learning outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in the creation and ongoing maintenance of staff and student timetables in a complex educational setting.
