About the role
The Dental Clinic Manager provides technical knowledge and experience to determine and develop standardised methodology and to adhere to proven techniques in the provision of technical services. Significant technical responsibilities may be exercised either on an individual basis or as a discrete 'specialist' within a multi-discipline team or performed as senior member as a single discipline project team.
The Dental Clinic Manager promotes and monitors compliance with Dental Clinic and Dental Laboratory policies and protocols to support the delivery of safe, high quality and patient-centred delivery of dental services.
Key Requirements:
- Current experience working in a dental practice or related experience.
- Minimum Certificate III in Dental Assisting qualification (or equivalent) and current license to expose dental radiographs or willingness to achieve this within 6 months of commencing in the position.
- Proven experience overseeing diverse business support functions, including financial management, staff supervision, administration, and customer service, with strong proficiency in multiple software systems.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and championing positive change within dynamic work environments.
- Proven leadership within health service environments, driving operational excellence and team performance.

A valid DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
