BNB Engineering is looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts / Payroll Office Manager for a Part Time Permanent position (minimum 24hrs) in Narrabri, NSW.

Duties will include but are not be limited to:

· Generating Sales Orders / Invoices, Debtor statements. Daily accounting related functions, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting & specific monthly reporting.

· Cross checking Creditor invoices against purchase orders, processing of Creditor invoices into MYOB

· Reconciling Creditor statements/ Processing Creditor Payments

· Banking / Processing payments from Debtors

· Preparing & processing weekly payroll & related reports for small team, Single Touch Payroll & Superannuation Clearing House Fund Payments

· Maintaining employee records, updating employee database

· Updating & maintaining various Plant & Equipment registers

· Monitoring & fulfilling all WHS Requirements

· Co-ordinating & performing general & ad hoc office tasks

Successful candidates need to have:

· Previous experience in an accounting based role (minimum 3 years)

· A working knowledge of Single Touch payroll & MYOB accounting systems (Essential)

· Thorough understanding of account processes with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency within MS Office applications, notably in Excel, Word and Outlook

· Accurately prioritising & multi-tasking, strong organisational skills

· Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, using initiative

· Ability to work independently & autonomously

· Pro-active nature

· Good time management skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Australian citizenship is required for this position
