About the Role

Archos Group is a leading construction company based on the Central Coast, operating nationally across a diverse range of projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Accounts Officer to join our talented and supportive team.

As an Accounts Officer at Archos Group, you'll play a key role in supporting our finance operations and work closely with Project Managers, with a particular focus on job costing and project accounting. You will be part of a dynamic environment where attention to detail, communication, organisation, and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with job costing, budget tracking, and project reconciliations and reporting

Support the finance team with high-quality project information.

Processing and maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records

Maintain accurate records in the accounting and project management software

Stock control

Providing administrative support to the finance manger

Providing support for project audits and month-end reporting

Assisting the WHSEQ Administrator as required

About You:

Minimum 1-2 years of job costing experience required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Proficient using Xero accounting software

Knowledge of Ezzybills and Simpro (highly regarded)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Interested in learning and growing your skills

Comfortable switching and reprioritising tasks to manage unexpected urgent tasks.
