We are seeking an experienced, mature Retail Supervisor / Tour Host.

Single shared accommodation, no pets, uniform supplied, split shifts, early starts, late finishes.

Job summary

Our fast-paced Retail Store & Tourism Operation is seeking an experienced and mature Retail Supervisor to help oversee the daily running and cleanliness of our store. And the efficient and professional service of F&B to our guests daily. The role will oversee retail operations, including weekly stock takes of merchandise and F&B, be responsible for maintaining up-to-date inventory and keeping the store well stocked and exceptionally clean. Performing daily F&B duties.

Retail Supervisor / Tour Host responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities and duties stated below, not limited to -

Complete weekly merchandise and F&B stocktake (report to retail manager)

Keep a spotlessly clean and tidy store, bathrooms, kitchen, cool room and storeroom.

Provide a high standard of customer service to all guests visiting the establishment.

Bake and slice our famous beer bread damper daily

Prepare other foods required for tour guests daily

Daily cash up

Retail Supervisor / Tour Host Qualifications and Skills Required

Min 2+ year’s experience in fast passed retail shop operation (preferably in a management role)

Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality industry

Current RSA certificate

Exceptional high standard of cleaning skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Willing to work a flexible schedule - early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Intermediate-level computer skills

Basic maths skills required

Be a team player and be able to multi-task and think on your feet.

You will report directly to the Retail & Administration Manager.

Must be an Australian resident.

Must be flexible to do shift work with early start and late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
