What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of BYD to our customers—empowering them to make informed, exciting decisions about the future of driving across the Caroline Springs region.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with customers in our Caroline Springs showroom, offering detailed product information and live demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
Guide customers through the entire sales journey—test drives, quoting, CRM updates, and contract processing.
Deliver an outstanding experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches in the region.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers.
Collaborate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless service.
Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
About You
We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll Ideally Have
Proven track record as a top-performing automotive sales professional
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and close deals
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology
A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
Previous EV or automotive sales experience is highly regarded—but we are also open to training exceptional talent
