Administration Officer – Health, Safety & Wellbeing – $40.06 p/h
Support the team that supports everyone.
Behind every great team is great administration. In this role, you’ll keep everything running smoothly — from scheduling and record keeping to reporting and stakeholder support. You’ll be the go-to person who ensures the team delivers at its best.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, hazard reports, and corrective actions.
Manage WHS databases, training records, and wellbeing participation records.
Prepare and distribute safety reports, agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate wellbeing events and awareness campaigns, including logistics and communications.
Assist with safety inductions, workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Track compliance deadlines for mandatory training and certifications.
Respond to general safety and wellbeing queries and liaise with providers and consultants.
You’ll bring:
Proven administration experience in community, government, or corporate environments.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
(Desirable) Experience in WHS or wellbeing program support and knowledge of WHS compliance.
