We’re looking for an Personal Assistant to our Principal to join our wonderful Ray White Banyo team! This role offers flexible hours (permanent part-time or full-time) and is perfect for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Prepare contracts & documentation
Organisation and preparation of property campaigns
Client communication
Filing & data entry
Order reports
Familiar with Canva (not essential)
Process invoices
Manage social media content
Event planning
What You’ll Need:
Strong organisational & multitasking skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
Experience with contracts & admin processes (real estate knowledge a plus!)
Confidence using Vaultre or similar CRM systems
