FIRM

This represents an amazing opportunity with a very friendly and relaxed accounting firm based in the Northern Suburbs. This firm is led by an amazing team of Directors and Managers who treat their team like family.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

  • Support the accounting team
  • Receptionist duties
  • Client relationship management
  • Onboarding new clients
  • EA/PA duties
  • ASIC Corp Sec
  • ATO Lodgements
  • Managing workflow and deadlines
  • Implementing new systems and processes
  • Database management
  • Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with MYOB AE would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
