The role

As an Estates Litigation Paralegal, you will support 3 Solicitors. Your duties will comprise of -

• Drafting Court documents and correspondence
• Preparation of Briefs to Counsel
• Dealing with clients
• Diary management and organising meetings
• Evidence gathering
• Billings including time recording
• and general file management duties

Your experience

You will have at least 2 years Paralegal experience. Estate Litigation Paralegal experience is preferred but not essential (Family Law or Commercial Litigation experience will be sufficient).

The law firm / Salary / benefits

National Boutique specialist wills & estates law firm with 28 staff. Offer induction training, mentoring, professional and corporate environment, social club, paid maternity leave, great culture - open door policy. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation).
