The Role

As an Estate Litigation Paralegal, you will be supporting a Director and a Solicitor, alongside another experienced Paralegal. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in:

• Drafting and preparing court documents relating to estate disputes
• Preparation of briefs to Counsel
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with file management and general administrative duties
• Supporting the legal team through all stages of estate litigation matters

Your Experience

You will need to have:

• a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in Estate Litigation.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills,
• and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team

The Law Firm / Salary

Boutique Estates law firm located in the heart of Brisbane CBD with 20 staff. Known for their supportive culture and professional environment. This is a full-time position offering a salary between $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation (depending upon experience).
