Managing Estate Administration files
Excellent salary on offer - $75,000 to $90,000 + Super

The role

As an Estate Administration Paralegal, you will support 1 Senior Lawyer. Duties include

• Dealing with clients,
• Diary management, organising meetings
• Probate administration, applying for Probate
• Following up Super funds, Banks, ATO
• Lodgement of Probate, letters of Administration
• drafting and preparation of documents and correspondence
• general file management duties

This position is either full time or 4 days a week. They are also flexible with hours.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Estate Administration Paralegal experience.

Boutique specialist law firm based at Toowong. Great procedures and systems. Total staff of 24. Professional and corporate environment. Salary between $75,000 - $90,000 plus Super, dependent upon experience.
