The role

Our client has a vacancy for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Firm in the Redlands. Working on residential conveyancing matters, you will run files from start to finish. You will work alongside another Conveyancing Paralegal and have the assistance of a Conveyancing Assistant. You will use Leap precedents. Duties include -

• Contract perusal and dealing with clients, agents, banks and brokers
• Following up on outstanding conditions
• First and final letters
• Conducting property searches
• Drafting correspondence
• Arranging settlement and using PEXA
• Settlement statements
• In house Stamping and lodgments
• And general file management.

This position is either 3,4 or 5 days a week.

About You |

To be suitable for this position, ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing paralegal experience.

| Park at work - free parking on site
| Work with a team (1 of 2 Conveyancing Paralegals).

Attractive salary on offer for the right candidate (between $75,000 - $90,000 + Super).
