The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include client liaison, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, organising settlement and preparing settlement figures, working with Pexa, stamping and general file management duties.

You

To be successful in this role you need Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills, work well in a team and have great client service skills.

Well established law firm located at Southport on the Gold Coast. Approx 40 staff. Commercial law firm with a collaborative culture and modern offices. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
