An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Paralegal with at least 1 year of experience in a law firm environment, to join a busy and growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity, as there is scope to become a Migration Agent in the firm if you are looking for this as a career path.

About the role

Assist solicitors with a wide range of migration matters, including visa applications and compliance

Prepare and review legal documents, client correspondence, and supporting evidence

Liaise directly with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders

Provide research support and maintain accurate matter management records

What we’re looking for

You may be a second or third year law student, looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your career. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal

Exposure to Migration Law and a desire to pursue your career in this space

Strong written and verbal communication skills - you will be polished and confident on the phone when assisting clients.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
