About the Role

You will support trade and wholesale customers by identifying parts, providing product advice, and coordinating orders end-to-end. This is not a call centre, it’s a hands-on customer service and parts interpretation role where your product knowledge and problem-solving skills genuinely matter.

You’ll handle phone and email enquiries, look up parts, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to keep them moving.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in automotive parts, trade counter sales, dealership service, or similar

Confidence speaking with mining, workshop or trade clients

Strong product lookup/parts interpretation skills

Good computer skills and attention to detail

A people-first mindset, reliable, upbeat, and customer focused
