Strong demand means we’re looking for our next energetic, highly organised individual to join our customer service team.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the Go-To Expert: Field inbound calls and emails, process orders, generate quotes, and resolve issues from simple delivery inquiries to complex issue resolution.

Own the Solution: Take full ownership of client cases routed to you. You are the mini project manager for every issue, seeing it through from start to finish with minimal cycle time.

Drive Accuracy & Efficiency: Create and close cases in our CRM in real-time, generate acknowledgements, and ensure every client contact is documented flawlessly.

Collaborate to Win: Work closely with internal Stakeholders and tap into Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to find answers, all while maintaining ownership of your cases.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, admin or inside sales.

A knack for mastering processes and a drive to make them more efficient.

Superb communication skills—both written and verbal.

Impeccable attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Proficiency with CRM software and a comfort with technology.

A collaborative spirit and a solutions-oriented mindset.
