Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle rentals, including bookings, pick-ups, and returns.

Provide information on rental options, rates, and insurance products.

Process rental agreements, payments, and maintain accurate records.

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with a professional, solution-focused approach.

Support general office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and stock control.

Work collaboratively with fleet, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you need:

Team focus to achieve sales goals

Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications

Adaptable communication style to meet the needs of different clients

Friendly demeanour and professional outlook
