Duty Manager

The Reepham Hotel

We are currently seeking Full-Time Duty Manager for the Reepham Hotel, to assist in the day to day running of the venue and compliment an already strong management team.

· Customer service

· Staff supervision and training

· Stock control

· Till balancing

· Creating a great atmosphere

· Observing all relevant legislation and codes of practice

Are all key aspects of this role.

To be considered for a Duty Manager Role within The Reepham Hotel, you will need to possess the following:

Relevant industry experience

Capacity to hold a Gaming Manager and RP badge

Demonstrate 'hands on' leadership

Excellent communication skills

A vibrant and outgoing personality

Willingness to work late nights and weekends
