This is a full-time opportunity based at our venue in Mansfield Park, ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about hospitality excellence.

About the Role: As Gaming Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and compliant operation of our gaming floor, which includes 40 Gaming Machines (GMEs). You’ll lead a team of gaming professionals, drive revenue growth, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, engaging and memorable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage daily operations of the gaming floor, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training.

Implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience and maximise revenue.

Monitor and analyse gaming data to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and hotel policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a gaming management role within hospitality.

Strong understanding of gaming compliance, regulations, and best practices.

Proven ability to drive revenue and elevate customer satisfaction.

Excellent leadership and team development skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Certification in gaming management including RSG certification or a related field is highly desirable.
