Job Description

Serve great coffee. Set the vibe. Be part of something new in Perth.

We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and service-driven Workspace Experience Coordinator (Barista) to join the founding team at One Two Five by Hub - our brand-new clubhouse opening in Brookfield Place, Perth in February 2026.

Located at 125 St Georges Terrace, One Two Five will be a space for serious business and standout hospitality. With premium interiors, a rooftop terrace, sports lounge, and proximity to everything from cafés and gyms to childcare, this is not just another office - it’s a modern work-life destination.

As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the face of this space - brewing beautiful coffee, running daily café operations, and creating warm, high-touch experiences for every member and guest who walks through the door.

What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Welcome members and guests with personalised, hospitality-led service
  • Prepare quality coffee and run daily café operations with care and consistency
  • Support the setup and smooth delivery of meetings and workplace events
  • Monitor inventory and ensure food, drinks, and supplies are always well stocked
  • Assist with daily workspace operations, including opening/closing and space checks
  • Help maintain a polished, functional, and welcoming clubhouse environment

Qualifications

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role - hospitality, retail, or similar
  • Proven barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume café (2+ years)
  • Brings a strong hospitality mindset and adapts to guest needs with care
  • Excellent people skills - warm, genuine, and great at building rapport
  • Confident multitasker who stays focused and efficient under pressure
  • Passionate about creating meaningful connections and standout service

Additional Information

Why you should join us:

  • Enjoy work-life balance with Monday-Friday hours and weekends free
  • Join a certified Great Place to Work™ alongside top Australian organisations
  • Be part of a B Corp and carbon-neutral company making real impact
  • Access a wellness program, birthday leave, and other lifestyle perks
  • Grow with tailored training and career development opportunities
  • Give back with paid volunteer leave to support causes you care about

If you're enthusiastic about transferring your hospitality and/or customer service skills to the corporate realm and eager to be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team, we're excited to meet you.

As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Talent Review Day on 13th-14th November (in person). The role will commence in early January, with the opportunity to be part of the founding team preparing for the opening of One Two Five by Hub in February 2026.

Keen to join but don’t tick all the boxes? Apply Anyway!

We understand that skills and potential don't always fit neatly into a checklist. If you're passionate about this role but don't meet every single requirement, we still want to hear from you. Your unique experience and enthusiasm could be just what we're looking for!

At Hub Australia, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We believe that our strength lies in our differences, and we are committed to providing an environment where everyone is welcomed, respected, and supported. We encourage applicants of all backgrounds, identities, abilities and experiences to apply, as we strive to reflect the communities we serve.
