Job Description
Create meaningful moments. Deliver standout service. Be part of something new in Perth.
We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and service-driven Workspace Experience Associates to join the founding team at One Two Five by Hub - our brand-new clubhouse opening in Brookfield Place, Perth in February 2026.
Located at 125 St Georges Terrace, One Two Five will be a space for serious business and standout hospitality. With premium interiors, a rooftop terrace, sports lounge, and proximity to everything from cafés and gyms to childcare, this is not just another office - it’s a modern work-life destination.
As a Workspace Experience Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for members and guests. From warm welcomes and coffee service to coordinating events and keeping the space running seamlessly, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this new space and delivering the premium, hospitality-first experience Hub is known for.
What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):
- Be the welcoming face of the space, creating personalised experiences for members and guests
- Manage enquiries, bookings, mail, and issues—both in-person and via the clubhouse inbox
- Support café operations by preparing a variety of beverages (training provided if needed!)
- Help organise and execute workplace events—from small meetings to larger gatherings
- Conduct regular stock checks to keep food, consumables, and supplies well maintained
- Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and space checks
Qualifications
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role—hospitality, hotel, retail, or similar
- Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Brings a strong hospitality mindset and adapts to guest needs with care
- A creative, solution-focused problem solver who stays positive under pressure
- Excellent people skills—able to connect with members, teams, and stakeholders
- Confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Warm, relationship-focused, and great at building rapport with others
Additional Information
Why you should join us:
- Enjoy work-life balance with Monday–Friday corporate hours (weekends free!)
- Join a Great Place to Work™ alongside some of Australia’s top organisations
- Be part of a B Corp and carbon-neutral company making real social impact
- Access wellness perks, including a comprehensive program and birthday leave
- Grow your career with personalised training and development opportunities
- Give back with paid volunteer leave to support causes that matter to you
If you're enthusiastic about transferring your hospitality and/or customer service skills to the corporate realm and eager to be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team, we're excited to meet you.
As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Talent Review Day on 13th-14th November (in person). The role will commence in early January, with the opportunity to be part of the founding team preparing for the opening of One Two Five by Hub in February 2026.
Keen to join but don’t tick all the boxes? Apply Anyway!
We understand that skills and potential don't always fit neatly into a checklist. If you're passionate about this role but don't meet every single requirement, we still want to hear from you. Your unique experience and enthusiasm could be just what we're looking for!
