🌳 Receptionist – Lumberjacks WA (Immediate Start Part-Time / Full-Time)

Lumberjacks WA is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our team and start as soon as possible.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering calls, taking enquiries, and helping schedule quotes and jobs for our busy teams. You’ll also assist with general admin tasks and help keep our operations running smoothly from our Malaga office.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming customer calls and emails

Book and schedule quotes and jobs

Keep track of team schedules and job progress

Process and collect payments

Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries

Assist with day-to-day office administration

What We’re Looking For

Excellent phone and communication skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Must be dependable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive and composed attitude.

Good computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software such as ServiceM8)

Experience in the Tree industry, landscaping, or trades business is highly desirable
