The Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Administration Coordinator to join our HQ team. You'll be at the front line of our customer experience, making sure every interaction all around the world runs smoothly, while also keeping our office and warehouse operations on point. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer enquiries (phone/email), process returns & warranty cases.
Liaise with 3PLs and couriers to keep deliveries on track.
Pick, pack, and ship daily orders; maintain accurate stock counts.
Manage front-of-house: reception, visitors, office supplies, contractors, travel & events.
Assist Accounts with invoices, purchase orders, and warehouse performance data.
Provide weekly reporting on stock, fulfilment, and admin tasks.
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, admin, or logistics support.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication.
Tech-savvy, confident with software (Shopify or similar a plus).
A hands-on, team player who enjoys variety in their work.
