About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Inventory Manager to join our team at our office in Pokolbin, NSW. This part-time role will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, managing inventory, and supporting our wine operations (production, retail, and wholesale sales). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, general ledger entries

Managing inventory levels, building product and tracking stock movements

Preparing and analysing financial reports, IAS and BAS

Assisting with payroll processing and employee-related matters

Liaising with external accountants and auditors as required

Providing administrative support to the wine production, retail and wholesale operations teams

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including familiarity with XERO or similar accounting software

Experience in inventory management and control, including Unleashed software

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel

Strong communication and customer service skills

A passion for the wine industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
