About Us
Freshway Cleaning Group is a well-established Sydney-based cleaning business with both commercial and retail operations. We manage multiple cleaning contracts, a retail and wholesale supplies division, and online sales — all supported by a friendly, professional team.
We are now seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper to join us in-house for 2–3 days per week at our office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements
Process payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Liaise with our accountant and management on financial matters
Ensure accuracy and compliance across all accounts
About You
Proven experience as an in-house bookkeeper (Xero essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident managing payroll and multi-entity accounts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Suitable for a semi-retired or experienced part-time professional
