Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Manage billing and debt collection activities to ensure timely payments.

Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience with payroll.

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher.

Understanding of modern awards and their application.

Experience with Karbon is preferred.

Skills and Attributes

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week requiring availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. These workdays are essential to meet client needs and are non-negotiable.
