You’ll be leading the grading line, at the heart of the operation.

This is where just-picked tomatoes are visually checked, quality controlled, and sent off to pack and dispatch.

It’s hands-on. It’s fast-paced. It’s critical to the flow.

You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of around six, keeping things humming, fixing issues as they arise, and ensuring only the best fruit makes it out the door.

You don't need a degree.

What you do need is a head for leadership, a heart for people, and the kind of calm, clear communication that keeps a team moving forward, even on the tougher days.

You’ve probably worked in a packhouse, warehouse, or factory before.

You know how to keep things running.

But more importantly, you know how to keep people engaged, supported, and accountable.

If you’ve got a forklift licence, great. If not, no worries.

The hours are Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour days with occasional Saturday work as needed paid as overtime.
