About the role

Join the dynamic team at Green Rv as a Sales Consultant - Motorhomes. In this full-time role based in Forest Glen, QLD, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium motorhome range. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your passion for the great outdoors and deep product knowledge to match our customers with their perfect motorhome solution.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through the motorhome buying process

Conduct product demonstrations and test-drives to showcase the features and benefits of our motorhomes

Actively identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable motorhome models and configurations

Prepare and present sales proposals that highlight the value proposition of our products

Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Passion for the great outdoors and a deep understanding of motorhome features and benefits

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and close sales

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Valid driver's licence and the ability to undertake test-drives
