About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a New Home Sales Consultant to join a leading builder in the Ipswich display location.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in new home sales with a volume builder

Able to manipulate plans and provide pricing

Proven trach record of sales

Ability to build relationships and rapport

High attention to detail and quality focus
