The Position:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established business entering a new phase of growth following a recent global acquisition.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, while supporting upcoming transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining strong financial controls and driving process improvement as the business transitions to a new ERP system next year.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Processing Payroll for approximately 20 employees
• Completing month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
• Preparing management reports and cash flow analysis
• Supporting finance transformation and ERP transition (from Reckon to Business Central)
• Liaising with group finance and providing accurate and timely reporting

Skills and Experience:
• Previous bookkeeping experience across AP, AR, and Payroll
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt within a changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience within the technology or MSP industry is advantageous but not essential
• Experience with Reckon is beneficial
• Candidates without Australian experience are encouraged to apply if confident in accrual-based accounting
