About the Role

We’re hunting for a battle-tested SEO Expert — someone who’s done more than tweak meta tags. You need to know how to make Google move, how to scale traffic fast, and how to get technical when WordPress fights back.

This isn’t a content writer role. It’s full-stack SEO mixed with web dev and growth engineering.

You’ll be working directly with our Director and dev team to scale sites with thousands of pages, build advanced automations, and find creative shortcuts to win organic traffic in record time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Auditing and scaling high-performing websites with SE Ranking, SEMrush, GSC, and GA4

Building advanced WordPress SEO systems — schema, custom post types, Elementor, WP Engine, and custom PHP tweaks

Speed optimisation (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, image compression, lazy loading)

Scaling bulk location-based landing pages that rank and convert

Deep competitor analysis and keyword clustering

Collaborating on CRO-driven SEO funnels

Leading technical troubleshooting — redirects, indexing, crawl budgets, site structure

Running experiments to move rankings faster than traditional SEO cycles

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)

Proven results scaling organic traffic from 0 to 100k+ monthly

WordPress mastery — custom code, functions.php, hooks, CSS, JS

Deep understanding of indexing strategy, schema, sitemaps, content silos, and crawl depth

You’re data-obsessed: GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, or equivalent

Experience managing large sites (1,000+ pages)

Bonus: Python, APIs, AI content automation, or custom scraper experience
