ASX-listed Mining operation in Perth's central suburbs.

Description

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable.
• Processing of monthly payroll.
• Reconciliation of bank transactions and company credit cards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the preparation of BAS, IAS and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Senior Bookkeeper should have:

• Mining experience is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
• Pronto ERP experience is ESSENTIAL - involvement in implementation would be advantageous.
• Part-time opportunity (3 days/week).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
