You’re the Right Fit If You:

• Are fully qualified with at least 5 years’ hands-on experience – your skills are sharp, and your confidence shows it.
• Bring strong knowledge of the automotive industry and keep up with the latest developments.
• Pride yourself on delivering outstanding customer service – always with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Have a natural ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
• Are highly organised, efficient, and great at managing your own time.
• Can spot additional repair needs during diagnostics and communicate them effectively.
• Hold a current full driver’s licence.
• Are reliable, independent, and comfortable taking the lead when needed.
• Available Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday mornings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles (new and used).
• Use your diagnostic skills to identify and solve mechanical issues.
• Step into front-of-house duties when needed – support customers with a smile and a solution.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Keep tools and equipment in great condition and the workspace safe and tidy.
• Support junior team members through hands-on learning and leadership.
• Stay up to date with dealership services and products.
• Follow correct procedures for warranty and service documentation.
