The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team on a Full-Time basis. This role will be involved with providing all round administrative support to the broader sales team, coordinating with new and existing accounts whilst also providing excellent customer service to all clients of the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities include;
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, including creating and updating client reservations, records, and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Handle inbound sales-related enquiries received via phone or email by responding professionally, identifying potential sales leads, and directing enquiries to the appropriate Sales team member for conversion.
Work to maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders ensure a smooth customer experience.
Assist with preparing and distributing invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and keep all account and billing records accurate and current.
About You
To excel in the role, you should have;
At least one (1) years experience in Sales, Reservations or Guest Services relating to the hospitality industry is preferred
Positive attitude and willing to work a variety of tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
