We’re looking for a proactive and commercially curious Sales Development Representative to execute and optimise outbound campaigns on behalf of Convertr’s clients.
You’ll lead outreach programs that generate awareness, early-stage engagement, and qualified meetings — helping our clients connect with the right opportunities faster.
This role is ideal for someone who loves the rhythm of structured outreach, enjoys refining messaging and targeting, and thrives on delivering measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Run multi-channel campaigns via HubSpot sequences, emails, and calls
Source, segment, and enrich contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and other tools
Test and refine messaging, CTAs and subject lines to drive stronger results
Track activity and campaign performance, ensuring clients see tangible impact
Share insights and recommendations in monthly client check-ins
Use AI tools to streamline research, messaging and reporting
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years’ experience in B2B outbound sales, campaign execution or SDR work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in making early-stage prospecting calls
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple live campaigns
Experience with HubSpot CRM, Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools
