About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in Wangara. This role is integral to supporting our growing workforce and strengthening our HR systems and company culture. This is a hands-on, generalist HR position, ideally suited to someone with strong recruitment experience and a passion for developing people and performance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and overseas employees, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Coordinate and implement employee induction and training programs.

· Support the CEO and Managers with performance management, KPI reviews, and HR reporting.

· Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with organisational growth.

· Provide professional advice on HR matters, workplace relations, and employee engagement.

· Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

· Contribute to HR system improvements, including performance review frameworks, employee recognition programs, and company culture initiatives.

About You

· Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a generalist or senior HR role.

· Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.

· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline are advantageous.

· Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong execution and follow-through.

· Experience developing or enhancing HR systems, policies, and KPI frameworks will be highly regarded.
