We’re looking for an Office Manager who embodies these principles and is ready to lead our administrative operations with clarity and confidence.

The Role

As Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our office operations and administrative team. You’ll manage people, systems, equipment, and compliance and do it all while ensuring the workplace reflects Euro Technik’s commitment to excellence, growth, and positivity.

You’ll report directly to the Director and work closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day office operations with high attention to detail

· Plan and manage administrative services, setting service standards

· Allocate and optimise resources: people, space, and equipment

· Supervise admin staff, assign work, and monitor performance

· Manage records, accounts, and internal documentation

· Liaise with professionals and partners to resolve office-related matters

· Maintain office equipment and supplies proactively Ensure compliance with OH&S and government legislation

· Coordinate HR admin: hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and reviews

· Contribute to continuous process improvement and cultural alignment

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in office management or administration leadership

Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, Xero (or similar systems)

Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude

Confidence in leading and motivating a team

Ability to “play above the line” - take ownership, deliver results, and lead by example
