Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future workforce planning.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment legislation.
HR Advisory & Support:
Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support HR projects including performance management, training, engagement initiatives, and policy reviews.
Assist in developing and implementing HR systems and process improvements.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Fair Work and WHS requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Assist in resolving employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
