Executive Support - Sydney
Location: Sydney
Eligibility: Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen only - no WHV)
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant professional to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership in a corprate enviroment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and emails for senior executives
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and take minutes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for client and internal use
- Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Arrange travel and other logistics for executives
- Support day-to-day office operations as required
Skills & Experience
- Degree, diploma, certificate, or relevant work experience in business administration, office management, HR, Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong relationship management skills with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible, and a team player
- Good work ethis and the desire to learn
