About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team at Ache Group. As the Executive Assistant to the leadership team of 2 of two Female Managers, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team. This is a full-time role based in our brand new renovated warehouse Glebe office - with plenty of easy free street parking and the metro station just minutes walk away.

We’re now looking for an Exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team - someone proactive, highly organised, and ready to make a real difference. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - supporting projects, managing confidential information, and anticipating needs before they arise.
What you'll be doing
Manage travel diary and schedule of executives, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed and supporting team travel coordination/car hire.
Calendar management across team
Quality review and reporting to management
Managing new starter onboarding process
Coordinating social events, birthday celebrations and monthly outings
Preparing agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports/Canva style documents, proposals etc
Customer feedback calls and complaint management
Preparing annual calendar of events, social, wellness initiatives etc
Support executive-level projects and initiatives as required
Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with general administrative duties
General office management and maintenance duties.
What we're looking for
Significant experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach
Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
