Are you detail-oriented, organised, and have a passion for numbers? We're looking for a reliable Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. This full time role is based in Robina, or we can offer flexibility with approximately 30 hours per week – ideal for someone seeking flexible school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accounts payable and receivable

· Process invoices and bills.

· Process inventory entries

· Maintenance of freight recovery spreadsheets

· Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

· Support monthly and year-end close processes

What We’re Looking For:

· Degree or Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

· 1-3 years of experience in an accounts officer or bookkeeping role

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, preferably Xero.

· Experience in accounting for inventory.

· Some exposure to foreign currency accounting.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
