The Company

Our client is a highly successful global organisation with a 100 year rich history of business. With over 1000 offices internationally, they are continuing to aspire to grow. Due to recent movement in the finance team, they are looking to appoint a Systems Accountant to be based in their Head Office in Brisbane's CBD.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for delivering high quality financial systems conversions, ensuring accurate data migration, clean system set ups and streamline processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage/execute full financial systems conversions using Xero
• Perform accurate and complete data migration
• Support the onboarding of new clients
• Work closely with the accounting team
• Work closely with the network finance team for system set ups

The Person

With a background in a similar role, the successful candidate with also possess:

• Degree and studying towards CA/CPA qualification
• Demonstrated experience in financial systems conversions and data migrations
• Strong knowledge of Xero
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Experience in either a commercial or chartered and commercial environment
• Strong Excel skills
