We’ve achieved over 900% growth year-on-year,suporting over 20 doctors, and in May, launched overnight coverage — and we’re just getting started.

About the Role
As our Operations Manager ( aka virtual Practice Manager), you’ll lead the day-to-day management of Ochre Anytime and execute the strategic plan. This includes overseeing operations, coordinating after-hours coverage, supporting billing and ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows, supporting our doctors, and driving operational excellence as we continue to grow.

You’ll work closely with the Clinical Governance, and Practice Operations teams to ensure Ochre Anytime remains a benchmark for telehealth quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of Ochre Anytime, ensuring smooth delivery of services to patients and doctors. (supported by a small admin team).

Oversee workforce coordination, doctor onboarding, and practice support.

Maintain high standards of after-hours coverage aligned with PIP Tier 5 and clinical governance frameworks.

Collaborate on digital initiatives and technology rollouts to enhance virtual care efficiency.

Manage reporting, billing, and compliance processes within Ochre systems with overall ownership of the Ochre Anytime P&L

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You:

Background in healthcare operations, practice management, or telehealth coordination (ideally with Best Practice Premier experience)

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Experience managing distributed teams or virtual service delivery.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working across clinical and administrative systems.
