Key Responsibilities:

GP relationships:

GPs should feel known and supported to do their best work. Facilitate a friendly and frictionless environment for them to do their best work.

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

Financial Oversight:

Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability, including debtor prevention and collections.

Leadership and Coaching:

Lead and coach your team to success, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.

Has leadership skills and enjoys motivating teams.

Does not shy away from necessary tough, clear and kind conversations.

Has experience operational management, with the ability to prioritise between multiple competing tasks.

Genuinely cares for their team and is passionate about coaching and development

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Leadership experience in a healthcare or general practice setting is valuable, but not essential.
