Resilient Life Care is a family run NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports to individuals living with disability. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced NDIS Service Supervisor to join our team in Preston, VIC.

This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams of support workers, and ensuring participants receive the highest standard of care aligned with their NDIS goals. Key Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery for a portfolio of NDIS participants across various support types (SIL, Community Participation).

Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centred support plans in line with participant goals.

Manage and supervise a team of support workers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.

Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and responsive care.

Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, including incident reporting, risk management, and documentation.

Monitor participant outcomes and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Maintain accurate records, shift logs, and progress notes in line with organisational and legislative requirements.

Contribute to the development of systems and processes that support growth and service excellence.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in NDIS service coordination, team leadership, or disability support.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability, Community Services, or related field.

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and compliance requirements.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants, families, and staff.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team.

High level of organisation, initiative, and attention to detail.

Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
