We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and passionate NDIS Optimisation and Strategy Advisor to join us! This role can be based in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland. If you're enthusiastic about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
About the role
This position will play a pivotal role to enhance our client outcomes by leveraging a deep knowledge of the NDIS framework, identifying underutilised plan components, and aligning services with our client goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
NDIS Plan analysis and strategic insight, highlighting underutilised plan components and translating these into actionable service opportunities
Collaborating with key stakeholders to match services with funded supports
Tracking of service delivery against plan budgets to ensure financial sustainability
Participant and family engagement to educate them on how to maximise their plans
Education of frontline staff on interpreting NDIS plans and maximising service opportunities
Analysis of competitor offerings and identification of service gaps or innovative opportunities.
Providing strategic input into new service development based on NDIS trends or reforms.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
Proven experience in an NDIS related role, with a working knowledge of NDIS funding and the disability sector
Minimum of 3+ years of NDIS experience is required for this role
Demonstrated experience fostering relationships with people with a disability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill, with an ability to mitigate conflict and build alliances
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Mandatory requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid work rights in Australia are required for this position
